Lars absolutely shredding the trail. It’s a good thing we’ve got that pesky filter feature at the entrance…..he just gaps right over it! lol

Just got this courtesy of Kyle Young at Transition Bikes. For anyone trying to figure out the various sections, this might help.

Riding is by Tyler “the silent assassin” Earnheart and he knows the line as well as anyone (he had 10-15 days of digging on it).

We kept running into Jackson (and his mom and sister) last summer and my wife got a good shot of him one day. They’re in the background and his sister is ripping it up on the bike too.

I've been adding ways to follow The WMBC

you can now bookmark http://www.whimpsmtb.com/user_content.html this page is a combination of what is posted on the WMBC yahoo group page and it also links to the WMBC blog.

[whimps_mtb_club] Seattle area biker sick

Hey folks - not sure if you've heard but Wick (mike wicklund), of Wednesday Night World's and long time mountain bike race promoter, is very sick from a crazy infection and in the ICU. There are a few fund raising efforts in place to help with medical expenses, including the Greenwater race coming up next weekend. More info is on the Ragnarok website.

To say he’s one of the “good guys” is an understatement and his weekly race series down at South Seatac is an institution for xc racers in the 2-0-6.

Hi everyone,

I'm working with Chris Behee on producing a quality poster size Galbraith Mt map, based off the map which is sold at all the shops and online .

size would 27x36 size
on 60# poster paper

Seeing it would be one of the WMBC fundraisers it would sell for $35.00 plus shipping.-- 5.90 plus poster tube if it won't fit in a USPS tube. So total cost would be 42.00 including shipping.

I would need to take pre orders before actually purchase and would need at least 50 confirmed orders before actual printing. I wouldn't ask for payment until they were printed and ready to ship.

So, How many people are actually interested?

I have had a one off version printed and hanging in my family room for 2 years it was a father day present. After framing and and printing it cost 127.90. not a picasso but alot cheaper and goes well with the outdoors theme.
