WMBC Trail News

Hey fellas,

Yesterday, we had crew of 6 or 7 of us shaping down the old section of trail (skidder road)…..we got right before we turn off the old trail into the last new section. Andrew was working ahead and cleared almost the entire way to the road and worked in a couple of really cool old growth stumps to weave around. The last section is going to be really fun and pumpy. It might have a feature or two depending on what Andrew can find in the way of dirt….which is what he’s focusing on today. Talked to Mark S. y’day and Kyle will be available to pick up the machine on Friday if we finish with it by then. I’ll give him a head’s up today or tomorrow depending on Andrew’s thoughts.

As we were wrapping up for the day , MP and Jon came down the trail to take a look. We discussed some of the sections that will need tweaking and walked down the exit section. Sounds like Jon’s gonna sell the stinky and is eyeing up a new Evil (sweet!).

Anyway, we’ve got Lars Sternberg, Colin and Andrew up there right now. Odin and I will be up later and I expect some other folks will be joining as well – we’re seeing 3-5 regulars that pop over a couple days a week like Loren, Chad, Chris, Vaughn, Ian and Kyle. A really solid crew of guys.
